After sharing the tale of a recent toy store run with her daughter Sophia, Brandi Brenner, a mother, has gone viral. Brandi let Sophia choose a unique gift from the store to commemorate her excellent toilet training. Since Sophia herself aspired to be a doctor, she chose a “doctor” doll.
However, the cashier’s remark as Brandi and Sophia were ready to check out almost ended the mother-daughter adventure. until Sophia spoke up and said something that made Mom and the clerk stop talking.
Nick and I informed Sophia that she would be able to choose a special prize after using the restroom for a whole month. Naturally, she chose a new doll. The fixation is genuine.
The clerk asked Sophia if she was attending a birthday party when we were checking out. Both of us stared at her blankly. After pointing to the doll, she inquired as to whether Sophia had chosen her as a friend. I informed the clerk that Sophia received a prize for being completely toilet trained, but she just kept staring blankly.
“Are you sure this is the doll you want, honey?” the woman questioned, turning to Sophia after giving me a perplexed look.
At last, Sophia spoke up and said, “Yes, please!”
